You may return any item bought from Suresafe Protection Ltd within 14 days of delivery and get a refund providing it is in the original packaging and suitable for resale.
Unless incorrectly supplied or deemed to be faulty we cannot accept the return of:
- Garments that have been embroidered, badged or printed.
- Products that have been assembled in line with your requirements.
- Products that have been specially procured in line with your requirements and do not form part of our standard stock.
We aim to uplift any unwanted or faulty products from your premises within 5 days of the request being made – or supply you with pre-paid shipping labels to allow you send the items back to us.
To exercise your right to cancel you must inform us of your decision to cancel within the cancellation period stated above by any of the following methods:
- by sending an e-mail returns@suresafe.co.uk; or
- by sending a letter to us by post to Suresafe Protection Ltd, Kelvin Road, Lenziemill Industrial Estate, Cumbernauld, G67 2BA.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
